水泥穩(wěn)定碎石施工把握的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)
水泥穩(wěn)定碎石是以級配碎石作骨料,采用一定數(shù)量的膠凝材料和足夠的灰漿體積填充骨料的空隙,按嵌擠原理攤鋪壓實。其壓實度接近于密實度,強度主要靠碎石間的嵌擠鎖結(jié)原理,同時有足夠的灰漿體積來填充骨料的空隙。它的初期強度高,并且強度隨齡期而增加很快結(jié)成板體,因而具有較高的強度,抗?jié)B度和抗凍性較好。水穩(wěn)水泥用量一般為混合料3%∽7%,7天的無側(cè)限抗壓強度可達1.5∽4.0%MPA,較其他路基材料高。水穩(wěn)成活后遇雨不泥濘,表面堅實,是路面的理想基層材料。

Its compaction degree is close to its density, and its strength mainly relies on the interlocking and locking principle between the crushed stones, while there is sufficient mortar volume to fill the voids in the aggregate. It has high initial strength and its strength increases rapidly with age, forming a plate-like structure. Therefore, it has high strength, good impermeability, and good frost resistance. The amount of water-stabilized cement is generally 3% to 7% of the mixture, and its unconfined compressive strength after 7 days can reach 1.5 to 4.0 MPA, which is higher than other subgrade materials. After water stabilization, it remains solid in the face of rain and is an ideal base material for pavement.

For the transportation of the mixture, it is advisable to use dump trucks with a large tonnage (over 15T). During unloading and transportation, it is necessary to avoid stopping and bumps as much as possible to ensure that the delay time of the mixture and the mixture itself do not undergo segregation. At this time, it is also necessary to consider whether to cover the mixture according to the transportation distance and weather conditions to prevent excessive moisture loss and excessive surface loss.
水泥穩(wěn)定碎石施工首先要把握三個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),把握檢測關(guān),每天對原材料級配和含水量、混合料級配和含水量、水泥劑量和粉煤灰含量、壓實度和無側(cè)限抗壓強度進行檢測。把握時間關(guān),由于水穩(wěn)碎石的結(jié)合材料---水泥的固有特性,時間因素對整個施工過程尤為重要,施工中要嚴密組織、科學控制拌和—運輸—攤鋪—碾壓等各道工序,確保施工一次成功,一般從混合料拌和到碾壓結(jié)束的時間不超過2小時。把握養(yǎng)護關(guān),養(yǎng)護對水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層的強度形成和干縮性影響非常大,所以要充分重視水穩(wěn)基層的養(yǎng)護工作。派專人負責對已完水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層進行養(yǎng)護,養(yǎng)護采用麻袋濕養(yǎng),養(yǎng)生期不少于14天,養(yǎng)生期間禁止一切車輛通行。

The maintenance method involves wetting with gunny bags, and the curing period should not be less than 14 days.
