瀝青拌合站在長期使用之后，會有配件磨損的情況，要做好保養(yǎng)工作，同時還會有很多不利臟污需要及時處理，在清洗拌合站和拌合站耐磨配件的時候也要注意方法。要定期進行保養(yǎng)規(guī)程所規(guī)定項目的維護、保養(yǎng)作業(yè)，如清洗、潤滑、加油等。拌合站開動前要先檢查各控制器是否良好，停工后要用水和石子倒入攪拌筒內(nèi)10-15分鐘進行清洗，再將水和石子清洗出。操作人員如須進入攪拌筒內(nèi)清洗時，除切斷電源和卸下熔斷器外，并須鎖好開關(guān)箱。禁止用大錘敲打的方法清理積存在瀝青拌合站筒內(nèi)的混凝土，只能用鑿子清理。在嚴寒季節(jié)，工作完畢后應(yīng)用水清洗拌合站滾筒并將水泵、水箱、水管內(nèi)積水放凈，以免水泵、水箱、水管等凍壞。不要只注意瀝青拌合站和拌合站耐磨配件的維護工作，而忽略了其清洗過程，否則時間久了日積月累會對拌合站各方面造成很大的影響。

After shutdown, water and stones should be poured into the mixing drum for 10-15 minutes for cleaning, and then the water and stones should be removed. If operators need to enter the mixing drum for cleaning, they must lock the switch box in addition to cutting off the power and removing the fuse. It is prohibited to use a sledgehammer to knock out the concrete accumulated inside the asphalt mixing plant drum; only a chisel can be used for cleaning. In severe cold seasons, after work is completed, the mixing plant drums should be cleaned with water, and the water pump, water tank, and water pipes should be drained to prevent freezing damage. Do not only focus on the maintenance of the asphalt mixing plant and its wear-resistant components, but also neglect its cleaning process. Otherwise, over time, it will have a significant impact on all aspects of the mixing plant.

瀝青拌合站影響導(dǎo)熱油爐的因素，柴油濾清器如果沒有進行及時的清洗，燃油油路不通暢的狀況就會發(fā)生，斷火報警信號就會對其進行警告。因此，工作人員要對柴油濾清器進行清洗，首先要從一層級濾網(wǎng)做起，當一層級濾網(wǎng)比較臟時，需要對二級濾網(wǎng)以及三層級濾網(wǎng)進行清洗。關(guān)于清洗的方法，可以將柴油泡洗以及用氣吹二者結(jié)合起來。油泵噴出的油霧化不良也是一個重要的故障原因。解決方法是用更好的柴油進行替換，對油路閥和風門調(diào)節(jié)閥進行清洗。燃油噴出的連續(xù)性差，這和空氣進入燃油管道有很大的關(guān)系。解決方法是：對柴油泵接觸器進行控制。
